We are so excited that Mr. Eric Walters is coming to speak on March 4. When we invited him he sent back the following comments:
ReplyDelete"That is quite the diverse group of books and it's always an honour to be nominated. I seem to present at many Christian schools and I think this if reflective of my work and also my beliefs."
I for one am very curious to hear what he has to share with us about his work both as an author and as a philanthropist. Did you know that Mr. Walters runs a children's program in Kenya? You can check it out at www.creationofhope.com.
I wanted to find out a bit more about Eric Walters, so I went to his website (www.ericwalters.net), clicked on 'novels', and was amazed at how many books he has written! There are over 60 book covers there--I recognized 5 that I've read (Shattered, Run, Bifocal, the Bully Boys & Safe as Houses), and I'm curious to know if there are book club members who have read others they'd recommend.
